Lash services cover classic, hybrid, wet look, volume and mega volume full sets, with fills booked at three-week intervals. A fill in week four is charged extra, and a new set is needed after four fills. Lash extensions are made of synthetic, hypoallergenic materials, and a keratin lash lift with tint and a Botox treatment is also offered. Brow work includes lamination with tinting, dye or henna tinting, and waxing or tweezing.

Hair services include cuts for women, men and children, blowouts, color, balayage, AirTouch, glazing, and hair extensions by tape-in or K-tip. The salon's signature hair treatment is Nanoplastia, a formaldehyde-free smoothing service that straightens and repairs hair in one session. A free consultation is held before each Nanoplastia service, and the final price depends on hair length and density. Results are stated to last from four months to a year, depending on hair type. The salon also offers a formaldehyde-free keratin treatment, hair Botox, and reconstruction work trained with Brazilian experts using Brazilian products approved for use in the US.

Russian manicures and pedicures are dry e-file services with no water soak. The salon says they are performed by nail artists from Russia, with tools sterilized and kept in sealed pouches that are opened in front of the client. Gel nail extensions, Gel-X and nail add-ons such as French design and nail art are also available. Facials include a Custom Facial, which is tailored to skin needs and may combine deep cleansing, extractions, microdermabrasion, oxygen infusion, LED, a microcurrent lift and sculpting massage. Dermaplaning, chemical peels and microneedling are also offered. Permanent makeup covers powder brows, hair stroke brows, eyeliner, and nude, watercolor and lipstick-effect lips, with touch-ups done one month after the main service.

Visits can include two or three masters working on a client at once, so several services can be done together. Clients are offered coffee, latte, tea or water. Staff speak English, Russian and Ukrainian, and a translator can cover other languages. Prices are agreed before a service starts, and any extra work is quoted and agreed before it begins. Packages are available, including three Custom Facials, three microneedling treatments and three intensive hair care treatments. Gift certificates start at $50. New clients and anyone who missed or same-day cancelled pay a deposit, and a cancellation made 48 or more hours ahead is refunded. Requests receive a reply within 24 hours. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday 9 am to 6 pm, closed Sunday and Monday. The salon says it offers a quality guarantee and states it has received 50 or more awards.
