A first appointment is typically a 30-minute consultation that covers the client's goals, an assessment of their natural lashes, and a plan for future visits, with a patch test included when the salon judges it suitable. A $20 fee applies, and it goes toward a first full set if that set is booked during the consultation and finished within 14 days. Once 14 days have passed, a new deposit is needed, and the consultation fee cannot be refunded.

Lash appointments need a clean, bare lash line or lashes previously applied by DBB, as the business does not work over another artist's lash work. Refill timing depends on how many natural lashes remain; significant shedding may need extra time or a full set. A full set takes about two hours and is shaped to the client's eye shape, natural lashes, and desired look, with Volume or Mega Volume available as an add-on.

Hair services include a 10-minute wash with shampoo, conditioning, and a mini scalp massage, a 45-minute dry styling on clean, fully dry hair, and a 1 hour 30 minute blowout with heat styling. Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns, neck, and full face. Clients are asked to avoid retinol or exfoliating products around the waxing area for three to five days before an appointment.

Natural lash health is stated as the top priority, with each lash service planned around the client's own lashes.
