The manicure and pedicure menu is built around spa-style care. A Spa Manicure covers nail shaping, cuticle grooming, a lotion massage and regular polish, and a Gel Manicure adds long-lasting gel polish. The Collagen Manicure adds a collagen gloves treatment with deep hydration and anti-aging care. Pedicures range from the Deluxe, with a sugar scrub and hot towel, to the Luxury, which adds a clay mask and extra massage. The Candle Pedicure includes a honey soak, honey mask, paraffin and hot stone massage, and the Collagen Pedicure adds a sea salt soak and a collagen muscle-relaxing gel. Most pedicures can be upgraded to gel polish.

Nail enhancements include acrylic, builder gel, Gel X and dip powder, with fills and full sets in each. Ombre designs come in one or two colors, and extras include French tips, nail art, rhinestones, charms, 3D flowers, nail repair and length or shape changes. Soak-off and gel polish change services are also offered.

Beyond nails, the salon offers face and body waxing, brow waxing and tinting, lash lifts, tints and removal, and cluster eyelash sets in one, two or three layers. A Princess Menu with manicures, pedicures and polish changes is listed for children under 10.

Guests can have complimentary water or soda, and the drink menu includes Vietnamese coffee and hot tea. Red and white wine is served to guests 21 and over. Online appointments are booked through the Galaxy Access platform, and the salon's hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
