Manicures range from a basic mani with a choice of polish to gel and Biab structure gel options, plus spa versions with paraffin or a collagen sugar scrub and mask. The Dazzle Dry color system is one of the polish choices. Pedicures include a basic pedi, a gel pedi, a hot stone relaxing pedi, a heel care pedi that softens calluses and finishes with warm paraffin, a 4-step spa pedi built on organic products, and a luxury spa pedi with aromatherapy, a hot stone massage and collagen foot masks. Callus removal, paraffin and nail trimming can be added to a pedicure.

Nail enhancements include full sets, refills and overlays on natural nails, offered in acrylic, dip powder, hard gel builder, poly gel, Gel-X and dual form. Nail art options include French, deep French, cat eye, chrome and ombre designs, priced by single nail, by two or four nails, or as a full set add-on. Waxing covers facial areas such as lip, chin, eyebrow, sideburns and full face, along with body areas including underarms, arms, legs, bikini and Brazilian. Children under 8 can have color only, and ages 8 to 11 can book manicures, pedicures or both.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without advance notice may have their booking moved or cancelled. After two no-shows, future appointments can be booked only by phone, and after three no-shows the salon stops providing services to that client. Parties of four or more must leave a $30 deposit to secure their time. Gel polish, dip powder, Gel-X, gel builder, poly gel and acrylic work includes a free repair within 10 days if it chips, lifts or breaks. Payment is not returned once a service has been finished, so any problem should be raised during the appointment. Asking for a different shade or pattern after a service is complete carries an added charge. Children must be accompanied by an adult, only service animals may enter the salon, and gift cards cannot be refunded or swapped for cash. Personal belongings that are misplaced, damaged or taken are outside the salon's liability.
