The menu is organized into four groups: creative color, vivid color, precision cuts and treatments. Creative color covers highlights from partial to full, lived-in blended lightness, root and money piece touch-ups, and tonal gloss. The vivid menu includes color blocking, refreshes for existing vivid color, and full all-over pigment with custom shades. Cuts include precision haircuts with a blowout and clipper cuts or undercuts for shorter styles. Treatments include a K18PEPTIDE repair for chemically treated or heat-damaged hair, a Chi Enviro smoothing service for frizz and curl or wave pattern, a deep-conditioning blowout, and gloss.

The salon describes its treatments as top-notch. New clients can book a consultation to talk through hair goals, their current routine and any concerns before a service. Online booking lets clients combine several services into one appointment, and the salon takes waitlist sign-ups for new hair services.

Booking requires a credit card and a $25 deposit, which is taken off the service price. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead avoids the deposit charge; later cancellations and no-shows incur a $25 charge for the first service. A client who has not made contact 15 minutes after the appointment time is recorded as a no-show, and a client more than 25 minutes late may be rescheduled if the service cannot be finished in the time left. Adjustment requests must be made within 3 days of the appointment, and corrections are made within 2 weeks at no extra charge. Complimentary adjustments are not offered for a look that differs from the initial consultation. The salon is not pet friendly and reserves the right to refuse service for health or safety risks.
