The menu centers on IV hydration. A base saline drip is offered alongside named blends such as Energy, Immunity, Hydration Plus, Beauty and Antioxidant, Performance and Recovery, Headache Relief, and Total Wellness, which the practice describes as its most comprehensive hydration and antioxidant option. Vitamin C, B-Complex, and magnesium are $15 each as add-ins, and zinc, glutathione, and biotin are $20 each. Add-ins are chosen during the visit rather than when booking. Hormone care is built around lab-guided evaluation for men and women. For men, options may include injectable testosterone, testosterone creams, enclomiphene, and other available therapies. Testosterone replacement therapy is $125 per month and covers medication and injection supplies, with no enrollment fee; lab testing is billed separately. For women, options may include estrogen therapy, progesterone therapy, and topical hormone formulations. Lab testing ranges from a single test to a full wellness panel that can include vitamin D, iron, thyroid, and testosterone, and is quoted personally before the client commits.

Medical weight management may include GLP-1 therapies such as Wegovy and Zepbound when appropriate, oral prescriptions such as phentermine, and lifestyle-based care. An initial consultation is $99 and a follow-up medication visit is $59. Prescriptions depend on medical eligibility, contraindications, and individual needs.

The practice works with you by appointment only. Clients are asked to call or text first so a time can be arranged, and daytime, evening, and weekend times may be available. Same-day treatment is sometimes possible, depending on the service and whether it is medically appropriate. Day Seven is a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance. There is no membership requirement, though some programs involve ongoing care.
