Facials range from a 45-minute teen treatment and one-hour back and customized facials to dermaplaning facials and a microneedling facial, which is priced per single treatment and takes 1 hour 15 minutes. Dermaplaning uses a surgical blade to exfoliate and remove fine vellus hair from the skin's surface, and is offered as a shorter express service or within a longer facial. LED light therapy can be added to any service for 20 minutes and is recommended with facials.

Lash services include removal, tints, an Ellebana eyelash lift that gives a temporary curl lasting about two to three months, refills in classic, light volume, volume and colored styles, and full sets. A POP of color can be added to a full set or refill, and colors for colored sets are available on request.

Booking requires a credit card, held through the online system or by phone. Arriving 15 minutes late leads to rescheduling with a charge of 50% of the service, and so does a no-show, defined as 15 or more minutes past the appointment time. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours is also charged at 50%. Clients with cold, flu or Covid-19 symptoms are asked to reschedule. Lash clients should arrive with clean lashes, or book a lash bath in advance, which costs $20 and adds 30 minutes. Lash refills booked more than 4 weeks after the last visit, or when less than 40% of lashes remain, require a full set. Teen Facial is for clients under 18. Mini lash refills are for current clients only and are meant to fall between regular refills, not replace them.
