The studio is owned by Jessica Dawn, who works as its esthetician. Facials range from Revive, a 30-minute express facial with a deep cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, extractions and SPF, to Super Peptide Lift, a 90-minute facial that adds microcurrent to the Peptide Lift steps. Other facial options include Refresh, an approximately 1-hour customized facial with massage and hydration, and Oxygen RX, which uses raw cocoa, papaya and pineapple enzymes with pure oxygen. Age-Lift is a 1-hour microcurrent facial, usually booked as a series, and a 10% discount applies to a microcurrent package. The studio notes that Age-Lift is not suitable for people with pacemakers or other medical implants, people who are pregnant, people with epilepsy, or people with a current cancer diagnosis.

Waxing covers the face, hands, arms, legs, underarms, back, chest, abdomen, bikini, buttocks and Brazilian areas, with prices listed per area on the booking menu. Brazilian waxing is offered for female clients only, according to the booking listing. Waxing is done with non-latex gloves, no double dipping, and a mix of hard and soft wax, and lavender oil is applied afterward to calm and nourish the skin. EyeHancements include custom-blended brow tint, lash tint that lasts up to 6 weeks, and lash lifts that last up to 3 months, as well as a lash lift with tint.

Skincare is available in limited stock on site. Products from the Le Mieux, Purerb, Kizo, Image and Glymed Plus lines can be bought through links to each brand's website. E-gift cards are available through the online booking button.

Late cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice are charged up to 50% of scheduled services, and no-call or no-show appointments are charged in full. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and arriving more than 15 minutes late means 50% of scheduled services are charged and the appointment must be rescheduled. Clients who have had a recent procedure should consult their provider and then contact the studio, and treatments such as laser, photodynamic therapy, Botox or dermal fillers, and liquid nitrogen treatments commonly call for a healing period before facials.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin, with a focus on combining natural ingredients and science.
