Extension work is done with Invisible Bead hand-tied extensions, made from 100% human hair, in installs from one row up to three or more rows. Each install includes custom coloring of the wefts, cutting to blend, shampoo, blow-dry and style. Initial appointments for two or more rows typically run about 4 to 7 hours, and lunch from Panera Bread is provided for those visits. New extension clients complete a digital consultation form, and receive a starter kit with care products. The studio describes the method as its most requested hand-tied option, designed to avoid damage and scalp discomfort, with no bead contact with the scalp. Maintenance is generally needed every 6 to 9 weeks, depending on hair growth, and maintenance visits do not include shampoo, cut or style, which can be added for an additional cost.
Color services cover gray coverage, root touch-up, all-over color, cover and highlights, and partial, full and balayage blonding. Blonding sessions include a K18 treatment before and after, followed by a finishing style. Snacks and drinks are provided at first color appointments, and extension visits offer drinks with a choice of music or movies. Additional charges apply to color services for thick hair or hair past the shoulders. New clients are not accepted for haircut-only appointments. Extension reservations require a non-refundable, non-transferable $300 fee, up to 60 percent of total services, credited at the appointment. That fee can move to one rescheduled appointment with 72 hours notice, and if the install is not completed within 21 days, the fee is kept by the studio. The studio offers a 7-day guarantee, where clients with issues email to arrange a fix. Buy Now, Pay Later is available through Glossgenius for bookings from $50 to $4,000.
