Appointments are booked through its online booking page, which organizes services into bikini waxing, body waxing, and face waxing.

To reserve a time, clients pay a $25 deposit that is non-refundable. The remaining balance is settled at the appointment. If a booking is moved, the deposit carries over to the new time. Clients who do not show up and do not call are charged the full price and cannot book again.

Clients running late are asked to call or text, and there is a 5-minute grace period. Only the person being waxed may attend, though children are allowed to come along. Clients who will be menstruating that day are asked to use a tampon or menstrual cup, or the appointment will be moved. Anyone using medications such as Retin A or Accutane should tell the provider before treatment. Payment is accepted by cash, Cash App, or Venmo. Gift code balances can be checked online.
