The practice covers facial procedures such as face lift, eyelid surgery, brow lift, rhinoplasty and ear surgery, breast procedures including augmentation, lift and reduction, and body procedures such as liposuction, BBL, mommy makeover, abdominoplasty and arm surgery. Cosmetic gynecology, including labiaplasty, is also offered. A medi-spa menu covers Botox, dermal fillers, lip enhancement, IPL and Laser Genesis. Gender-related surgery is a long-standing part of the practice, with male-to-female and female-to-male procedures and gender nullification and gender confirmation surgery.

Surgery takes place either in-patient or out-patient, depending on the patient and the procedure. In-patient operations are done at Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City. Out-patient operations are usually done at the Plastic Surgery Center of Palo Alto, a couple of blocks from the office, which the site says is accredited for ambulatory surgery and inspected and certified by the AAAASF. Under general anesthesia at that center, a board-certified anesthesiologist provides the anesthesia.

Before surgery, patients are asked to stop smoking or using tobacco at least one month ahead, avoid aspirin and NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, and set aside herbal medicines, vitamin supplements, and iron or fiber products. Out-of-town patients may need medical clearance from their own physician and are advised to plan a stay of 10 to 14 days nearby, with three weeks preferred. The practice says it stays available for questions after procedures. The site notes that its photos can be graphic.
