David Mallett

David Mallett is a hair salon and haircare brand built around its founder, the hairdresser David Mallett. The business runs two Paris salons, one at Notre-Dame des Victoires and one at the Ritz on Place Vendome, and a New York salon at The Webster on Greene Street.

The DAVID MALLETT HAIRCARE line was launched in 2008. Its range covers hydration, revitalisation, colour, volume, styling and accessories, along with gift sets and gift cards at 50, 100 and 150 EUR. The brand also keeps a hair care blog with articles on volume, colour, repair and scalp care.

Products are sold through an online boutique that ships internationally to the destinations it serves. Shipments to the United States are delivered duty paid, and for other countries customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer unless stated before ordering. Customer service is reachable by phone or email on weekdays.

Consumers may return products within 14 calendar days of receipt where the right of withdrawal applies. Items must be unused, unopened and in resaleable original packaging, and opened or damaged products are not eligible for a standard return. Sets must be returned complete, and returns from outside the EU are sent back at the customer's cost.

The brand describes its haircare as developed in a French laboratory, made in France with natural ingredients and not tested on animals.
