The team keeps up with current trends through education held inside the salon and through outside programs. The salon says it works with top color lines and uses precision cutting. Its services are all listed under hair, and it offers gift cards and bridal hair services for brides, bridesmaids, and mothers of the bride and groom.

The salon has given back through hair donation. It has taken part in annual hair donation events for more than 11 years, and it took part in Kathy Romano's Wigs for Kids drive for The Preston and Steve Show on 93.3 WMMR. It also collected hair to help with the Gulf cleanup. Its Hair Cares days, held several times a year, send all proceeds to causes; the first one raised nearly $3,000 for victims of the LA wildfires.

To book, guests submit an online request and the salon contacts them within one business day to schedule. Every service includes a complimentary consultation. New guests booking color, keratin, or extension services pay a $25 deposit through the salon's Venmo, which goes toward the service. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit that deposit, and the salon asks for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged half the service price, and no-shows may be charged half the missed appointment, with a deposit needed to rebook. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. The salon offers a service guarantee: if a concern is reported within one week of the visit, the hair is adjusted at no charge.

The salon works with top color lines and precision cutting techniques, according to its own description.
