The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11 AM to 10 PM and Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Appointments are booked online, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The menu covers full sets, fills, mini fills, extended fills, lash lifts, lash removal and several add-ons. Full sets are the longest appointments, running from about 105 minutes for a classic set to 195 minutes for mega volume and anime sets. Each service lists its own price and time, and a patch test is offered at no charge for clients who want to check their reaction before a first set. Lashes applied by another artist can be brought in for a foreign fill add-on, which covers checking the lashes, removing stickies and outgrowns, and replacing lost extensions.

Brown lashes are always in stock. Other colors need two weeks' notice. Sets booked after 6 PM carry a $25 squeeze-in fee. Deposits apply to the service but are forfeited if the allotted time is missed. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment, same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price. If a card on file has insufficient funds, the client must contact the salon to rebook and pay 50% of the service upfront.

The owner says the goal is for every client to leave feeling at their best, with custom lash artistry at the center of the work.
