The nail menu is built in tiers. The Divaroma Manicure includes keratin gloves and aromatherapy. The Naked Diva Manicure is a two-in-one treatment aimed at both instant and longer-term nail benefits. The Spoiled Diva Manicure adds micro-dermabrasion and a therapeutic hand massage, and the All Out Diva Manicure adds crystal exfoliation, a paraffin treatment and a 10-minute hand and arm or shoulder massage. Gel options include Color Gel, Bevlah Gel and French Gel, with soak-off, fill-in, overlay and extension services for natural nails. Color gel manicures use CND Shellac, OPI ColorGel or EssieGel. Pedicures follow the same tiers, from the Divaroma Pedicure with exfoliation and aromatherapy up to the Outclass Diva Pedicure at the top of the range, and the pedicure menu offers add-ons such as a 10-minute foot massage.

Every nail service uses single-use nail kits and hand towels, and the nail tools are autoclaved. The salon lists estimated service times for several manicures, such as about 30 minutes for the Divaroma Manicure and about one hour for the French Gel Manicure. It notes that the actual length of a visit may differ from these estimates for each client.

Waxing covers the face and the body, from lip and brows to full leg and full Brazilian, and includes combination packages such as full leg with bikini. The eyelash menu offers the Natural, Dashing and Queen Diva lash sets, retouches at two or three weeks, lash removal, and tinting for lashes and eyebrows. A Little Diva menu is priced for children aged 10 and under, with manicures and pedicures that each include two nail stickers.

Hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, and the salon notes these can change. Additional charges apply to ingrown hair and tweezing treatments.
