The studio was founded by Oxana Melsitov, a certified permanent makeup artist who does the treatments herself. The studio says its focus is on client comfort, confidence and satisfaction, and that each treatment is customized to the client's features.

Visits start with a consultation, which can be done by FaceTime for free or in person for $50. The in-person fee is credited toward treatment if it is booked within three months. During the consultation, the artist confirms shape and color with the client before going ahead. Clients who have had lip, brow or eyeliner work from another artist send close-up photos for evaluation before booking.

Permanent makeup is a two-step process. Each procedure takes about three hours, so clients should reserve a full three-hour window. A topical anesthetic is applied before and during the treatment to reduce discomfort, and disposable supplies are used throughout. Aftercare instructions come in writing with an aftercare kit. No downtime is needed and daily routine is not affected, though scabbing, initial fading and swelling are normal during healing.
