Facials are the salon's main focus. The Dark Swan Signature Facial runs 60 minutes and costs $111; it can incorporate dermaplaning, hydrodermabrasion, enzyme exfoliation, an oxygen infusion and a tailored mask. The Dark Swan Bespoke Facial is a customized 60-minute service priced at $150, which may target dark spots, flushing, visible aging, a compromised skin barrier and unevenly textured skin. Longer options (90 minutes each) include The Signature, Unrushed at $155, with an extended facial, neck, décolleté and shoulder massage plus longer masking; The Full Experience at $195, with extended sculpting, Gua Sha, scalp massage and restorative touch; and O2 Nº 90 at $222, which pairs a customized exfoliation and cryo-oxygen mist with layered masks, sculpting massage, Gua Sha and an oxygen dome. The two-hour Skin Couture Treatment costs $288 and layers peels, oxygen therapy, violet light, nano needling, premium Korean PDRN ampoules and barrier therapy, then continues with massage across the face, scalp, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and feet, plus Gua Sha and cupping. According to the salon, it is the most luxurious facial in its collection.

The skin treatments target more specific goals. The Acne Facial is a 60-minute treatment at $135 for pore congestion and mild to severe breakouts, combining deep pore cleansing, lymphatic drainage, resurfacing, extractions, LED and a custom calming mask. Liquid Micro Needling is a 65-minute treatment at $175 that uses microscopic spicules rather than needles, offered in two protocols: Rejuragen PDRN, the less intensive option, and Deep Green Sea, a more intensive resurfacing option that may cause visible peeling or flaking and several days of downtime. The T33 Advanced Cold Plasma Treatment, sold as Cold Nº 33, is a 75-minute treatment at $333 that uses a cold plasma jet without needles or heat and may target fine lines, laxity, uneven texture, pigmentation and blemish-prone skin. A series may be recommended. It is available only to established clients after a prior skin assessment and is not offered as a first appointment.

Brow and lash services range from a 10-minute lip or chin wax at $12 to combined brow and lash packages. Options include a 20-minute brow wax with mapping, tweezing and shaping at $25, a 30-minute full face wax at $50 that refines the brow to its existing shape, and a 45-minute hybrid brow tint and wax at $55 using a custom-mixed hybrid brow stain, which the business says lasts 3 to 10 days on the skin and 4 to 6 weeks on the hair. Eyelash tint is a 45-minute service at $45 in black or blue black, lasting 4 to 6 weeks. A semi-permanent lash lift and curl is a 60-minute service at $65 that lasts up to 8 weeks, and a lash lift with tint at $95 uses either a traditional or Korean method. A 60-minute brow lamination with custom hybrid tint and precision shaping is also priced at $95.

Virtual Swan Society is an online skincare program that begins with an in-depth skin analysis and a tailored routine. Members receive monthly or bi-monthly check-ins to adjust the routine. A 50-minute private video virtual consultation at $50 covers skin concerns, goals and a product routine, and new clients pay a $25 deposit for it. The Edit is a curated selection of skincare products that the aesthetician chooses for performance and formulation.
