The studio aims for skin health that builds over time instead of fast results or heavy-handed procedures. Treatments are picked and tuned to how a client's skin looks on the day, and factors such as daily lifestyle, at-home care and general wellness are considered as part of the overall approach.

Acne care is the studio's most structured offering. The Acne Clearing Program starts with a review of skin, acne history, current routine and possible contributing factors, including lifestyle and food patterns. The initial clearing phase typically runs 12 to 16 weeks with treatments every 2 to 3 weeks, alongside separately purchased home-care products, and packages of 4, 6 or 8 treatments add personalized home-care products and text support.

Facials range from a 30-minute express treatment to a 90-minute pore cleansing or restorative facial. Other options include an Essential Facial for one main concern, a men's facial with LED, a HydroDiamond facial, and SWiCH Dermal Rejuvenation. Peels include BioRePeel, FactorFive Renew, a customized superficial Corrective Peel, and the Target Nano Pigment Peel for hyperpigmentation and melasma.

New clients may be asked to leave a deposit of $100 to $200 for several services. Changes requested within 24 hours of an appointment incur the full service price. No-shows, and late arrivals who can no longer be seen, are charged that same full price. Clients who arrive late may be offered a shorter session, still billed at full price. Cancellation and rescheduling charges cannot be refunded and must be settled before a new appointment can be made.

Treatments are selected and adjusted to each client's current skin needs, with a focus on long-term skin health over quick fixes.

The studio aims for a comfortable, personal visit that combines skincare with relaxation.
