There is no front desk. Clients can sit on the couch and use the restroom while they wait, and the esthetician greets them at the start of the appointment. Each visit ends with an aftercare plan that includes product recommendations and guidance on home care. The studio recommends a facial every 4 to 6 weeks for most skin types, with more frequent visits possible for acne, hyperpigmentation or aging concerns.

The facial menu runs from a 60-minute customizable cleanse-and-hydrate to 120-minute treatments aimed at calming, clarifying, hydrating or restoring skin, plus a 50-minute back facial. The advanced menu includes microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, two chemical peels and microneedling. Facial extractions are also offered on their own, as are skin tag and cherry angioma removal by electrocauterization. Waxing covers brows, lip and chin, face, chest, back, bikini, Brazilian and leg, with partial and full options. Gift certificates are available for skin care, hair removal, and lashes and brows.

Before certain treatments, the studio asks clients to plan ahead. It asks for at least two weeks after Botox, dermal fillers or a chemical peel before a facial, one to two weeks after laser treatments, and avoidance of facials while skin is sunburned. Clients are asked to stop strong exfoliants such as retinol for 5 to 7 days before a facial and to avoid trying new skincare products within a week of it. After a facial, retinol and strong active ingredients are paused for 3 to 5 days and broad-spectrum sunscreen is recommended for at least a week. The studio requests 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
