The salon is dual-licensed and employs both barbers and beauticians. Some operators are licensed barbers who work only on men's hair. Every operator has training in men's cutting, including razor and clipper work, along with current scissor cutting and styling methods. The salon says its staff is among the best trained in Cleveland, with education from academies in the United States, Canada and abroad.

Booking can be done online through Meevo or by calling 440.331.7222 during business hours. The salon suggests scheduling the color service first, then any cut or style. New clients can ask about current promotions when they call, and the salon can recommend a stylist based on hair type, texture and the result a client wants. A security deposit is required from new clients and for some services, and it is taken off the first visit. Online booking becomes available for later visits. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice carry a 50% service fee.

Listed prices reflect Silver-level stylists, and Gold and Platinum stylists charge differently. Apprentice pricing may be available on select services. Tipping is separate from the service and can be paid in cash, through Venmo, or by card on a Tippy terminal for a small fee. Clients receive a salon robe for color services, and the salon is not responsible for color on personal clothing. Clients unhappy with a service can contact the salon within 10 days for a correction at no charge. Parking is available in the lot behind the salon and on the street. Bridal services include a bridal coordinator who arranges services for the whole wedding party.
