New guests can start with a short consultation of about 15 minutes to talk through their hair goals before booking a service. The same consultation can also be used to discuss extensions. Prices for consultations and bang trims vary.

Color services cover allover color with a cut, which includes a root touch-up and is suited to covering grey, along with highlights, baby lights and balayage in faceframe, partial and full versions paired with a cut. Toner is included with the highlighting services and with the ends refresh in allover color. A base color can be added to a lightening service for an extra $40.

Extensions use Bellami K-Tip and I-Tip methods and take an hour or more. An in-person consultation must be booked before any extension install, and clients schedule by text or phone. Transformation color takes about five and a half hours, also requires an in-person consultation, and is priced at that visit.

KM products can be ordered through an online shopping tool and delivered to the client's home.
