Skin work is largely done virtually, and clients anywhere can book it. The Virtual Skin Consultation is priced at $197 and covers a review of skin concerns and current routine, followed by personalized product suggestions, education on skin and ingredients, and guidance on next steps. Its cost can be credited toward a product purchase of more than $150. Continued support is available through My Skin Plan, which provides check-ins, routine changes and longer-range guidance inside the Client Portal; clients enrolled in an eligible skincare plan receive a complimentary 30-minute Skin Plan Follow-Up. Skin care guidance covers acne and breakouts, sensitivity and barrier damage, dark marks and uneven tone, and mature skin and fine lines. Brow services take place in person at partner salon locations and always follow the same sequence: a free 15-minute consultation, brow mapping and customization, the service itself, then aftercare instructions. Before any brow treatment, the client's health and skin history are reviewed and the area is examined, and a later visit or an adjustment may be suggested. Powder (ombré) brows use a semi-permanent method with soft pigment shading, and a lidocaine numbing gel is applied during the session. A visit including consultation and numbing lasts roughly one to two hours. A touch-up is generally needed four to ten weeks after the first session, and results typically last one to three years on average, depending on skin type, lifestyle, health and aftercare. Brow waxing is unavailable to anyone currently on isotretinoin or who stopped it less than six months ago. Skin education comes through self-paced courses and the Skin Journal. Calm My Skin 14-Day Skin Barrier Reset is a one-time $47 course including six video lessons, a printable workbook, a 14-day tracker and a guide to barrier-supportive products. Acne Clarity and Age Smarter Anti-Aging Skin Strategy are each priced at $67. The Skin Journal publishes articles on ingredients, dry skin and everyday skincare choices. These courses are cosmetic skincare education only and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Digital course purchases are final sale, with refunds available only in specified cases.
Èlani Skin is the body care line, sold by the business and created by Riça. The fragrance-free Bare Crème is designed for daily use on all skin types and is described as especially suited to sensitive and dry skin. Bare Butter is a richer fragrance-free option for dry to extra dry skin, designed to help seal in moisture. Body creams and butters are noted as still in development.
Healthy skin comes first, and skin education and personalized guidance are meant to help clients understand their skin, not only buy products.
