About

Dandelight began as an online community founded by Julia Maria Kochajewska and later opened a physical studio. The business operates under Dandelight LLC. The studio says it is rooted in yoga and spirituality and aims to offer a full sensory experience.

The studio's approach centers on variety: the idea is that wellbeing comes from choosing the kind of movement a person needs on a given day. Class styles include Pilates, Sculpt, Vinyasa Flow, Mobility, Slow and Restore (gentle flow, yin, restorative and sound baths), and kids' yoga and movement classes. Beginners are welcome at every level with no experience needed.

A visit takes place across two studios under one roof, a rooftop space where Mat Pilates is held as weather allows, and a chill-out area with organic, natural interiors. Mats are provided, and there is a changing area and shower on site. Classes can be booked through Momence or ClassPass. Some sound and restorative classes do not accept late arrivals.

The spa offers manicures and pedicures using Manucurist polish, with non-toxic options built around the Les Choses Simples No.4 and Willow and Raven product lines. Removal add-ons and color add-ons are available. The Bistro and Café serves coffee brewed on a professional machine with beans from Fincas Coffee, matcha, drinks and a daily selection of French pastries and homemade goods. According to the studio, its coffee and food are the best on offer. Spa clients receive 20% off coffee or matcha before a treatment.

The space is also rented for private events such as baby showers, birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate workshops and product launches. Rentable rooms are the Main Lobby, with bistro setups and natural light, the Green Room, and the Lavender Room, which has dim lighting and a quiet setting. The studio also offers Mat Pilates Teacher Training and a 200-hour ISHTA Yoga teacher training accredited by Yoga Alliance.

The studio builds its offering around variety, letting clients pick the movement that suits their day, with yoga and spirituality at its roots.
