Color services run from a quick in-salon color that is rinsed at home, and a root-only touch-up, to custom toner and gloss refreshes, partial and full highlight, balayage and foilayage services, and full-head blonding. The all-over single-shade color is applied from roots to ends without foils or lightener. Haircuts are priced by hair length and texture, with separate services for children's cuts, men's cuts, fine or very thin hair, and very long or thick hair. Brow tinting, shaping, waxing and a scalp treatment that removes build-up round out the menu.

Hand-tied extensions are offered as a consultation followed by maintenance and new installs. The consultation covers length, color, brand and weft type, and new clients are asked for a deposit on the longer extension visits. Mini weft refreshes move the beads up to secure grow-out without removing the wefts.

Payment and booking terms are set out in advance. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten, reschedule or treat the visit as a late cancellation. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows are charged the full total, both to the card on file.
