Nail services cover traditional polish, gel and shellac, dipping powder, Gel-X, builder gel, acrylics and custom designs, including chrome, ombre, French and hand-drawn work, along with extensions, special shapes and an ear candle add-on. Gel-X is described as removable without filing the natural nail. Clients can ask for protective gloves at the front desk during gel manicures. Pedicures come in ten options with treatments such as salt soaks, exfoliating scrubs, hydrating masks, paraffin wax and hot stone massage. Spa manicure and pedicure lines include Milk & Honey, Organic Aloe Vera, Mid-Summer Rose, Lavender & Wildflower, Bamboo Charcoal Detox, CBD Collagen and 24K Golden Hour Glow.

Beyond nails, the salon offers facials, including Express, Deep Pore, Sensitive Skin, Rejuvenating Anti-Aging Collagen, LED Red Light Therapy and microdermabrasion options, with glycolic peel add-ons. The facials are described as using clean, skin-safe products. Waxing covers the face and body, from lip and eyebrow to full legs and Brazilian areas. Brow and lash services include tinting, lash lifts, brow lamination, and cluster, individual, hybrid and volume eyelash extensions. Cluster lashes are described as lasting up to a week and individual lashes several weeks with proper care.

The salon is a popular choice for bridal and group celebrations. Bridal nail parties and group bookings include a private area, complimentary refreshments and personalized spa gift bags. Groups of six or more receive a gift card for a future visit and complimentary champagne. Group reservations require a $50 deposit and a general list of the services each guest will receive.

Pricing starts at $25 for a classic manicure, $35 for a classic pedicure and $45 for a classic gel manicure. Gel-X lengths range from $65 to $95. Facials start at $50, and lash extensions start at $60 for cluster lashes. Three packages combine a manicure, pedicure and facial at a lower total than booking separately. Happy Hour runs Monday to Wednesday from 10am to 2:45pm, with 20% off all services. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, though booking ahead is recommended for weekends and groups. Appointments can be made by phone or text, in person, or through the online request form. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit. The salon does not offer refunds, so concerns should be raised at the front desk before leaving. Nail repairs are complimentary within 10 days of the original service, depending on the treatment. Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday 11am to 6pm.
