Many services begin with a consultation, and every first-time client needs medical clearance before injectables to confirm they are appropriate. The clearance costs $45, is separate from the service fee, and is completed at the appointment.

Bookings are made online through the studio's Glossgenius page. The studio is open Thursday from 11 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday. Many services require a deposit between $50 and $200. Cancellations forfeit the deposit, rescheduling within 24 hours carries a fee, and a 10-minute grace period applies before an appointment is marked a no-show.

The studio's signature offerings include facial balancing with dermal fillers, priced by the number of syringes needed, and nonsurgical rhinoplasty. Laser and microneedling options range from single sessions to bundles of three. Payment options include cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, credit or debit cards, Cherry payment plans and Klarna, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000.

Treatment plans are customized to each client, with consultations and medical clearance coming before injectable work. The team states that safety is its first priority.
