Men's options run from a standard cut to a full service that adds a close neck clean-up, shampoo, hot towel, dry and styling. A beard trim can be added to the full service at a reduced price. Women's cuts are priced by length: short hair from the shoulders up, and long hair past the shoulders. Hot tool styling is charged extra on either.
Children's cuts are offered for ages 13 and under and for ages 13 to 18, with pricing that can vary. Two or three child cuts can be booked together at a set group rate.
Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, given by contacting Dalena. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged half the service price. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and they are final. Reviews on the business's about page describe it as easy to schedule and on time.
