Dakota Pet Grooming works with dogs and cats in Austin, Texas, with appointments booked online by choosing a service, date and time. Clients can come to the business's own premises on Norwood Lane or have a mobile session at home, which the booking page lists as a 60-minute visit.
The business states that each pet is handled according to its own needs and aims for a calm, low-stress experience. It says its vision is to become the leading mobile pet grooming company in the region, which is the business's own stated goal rather than an independent ranking.
Core grooming covers a specialized bath, drying, breed-based cutting, ear cleaning, nail cutting and filing, tooth brushing and hygienic trimming, with optional anal gland expression. Cats get a separate service with hypoallergenic bathing products, gentle drying, deep brushing, hygienic trimming, ear cleaning, nail trimming and a finishing cat perfume, with optional clipping or shedding control.
Senior dogs have their own adapted session using gentle handling, products made for sensitive skin and shorter appointments. Skin care treatments use hypoallergenic shampoos and balms for irritation, dry skin or allergies, and flea and tick treatments remove external parasites and include preventive options.
The business maintains cleaning and disinfection routines for its equipment and tools. Its online store also sells items from its grooming, skin care, flea and tick, and colorimetry categories.
Each pet is groomed according to its specific needs, with a personalized and low-stress approach.
