Wig and color work start with a consultation, and measurements are taken for wigs. Closure and frontal wig installs are offered as deals, and each one includes a cleanse, conditioning, steam, a trim and knot bleaching where it applies. Frontal wigs should be dropped off two to three days ahead so they can be customized. The salon does not work over another stylist's install, so wigs for installs should be new. Frontal and closure unit construction does not include hair, though the salon can supply it on request, and longer lengths than the listed closure deal ranges carry an upcharge.

Quickweave and sew-in options can include three bundles of raw Vietnamese hair, which the site says can last up to three years with proper care. Clients need to arrive fully detangled and free of braids, twists or knots. Traditional sewins are done with hair that is not pre-packed, and seamless closure quickweaves are not made with beauty supply store lace. Maintenance is limited to installs the salon did, and older installs are replaced rather than maintained.

The Biweekly Natural Hair Program is a membership billed monthly after a $50 setup fee. It includes two natural hair services each month from a choice of silk press, Get Me Right or a standard twist set, along with priority booking and a complimentary trim or treatment every three months. Services must be used within the active billing cycle, with no rollovers, and add-ons cost extra.
