The salon says its focus is healthy hair and cleaner, more natural products. Color work covers glosses and toners that smooth and add shine or counter brassiness, all-over color, root touch-ups that cover or blend grey, face-framing highlights, partial and full highlights, and bleach and tone for blonde transformations. Haircuts range from children's cuts and a barber cut to a haircut with a scalp massage or a longer haircut with massage and a treatment.

Several services are built around the wash and blowout. The Rejuvenating Blowout adds scalp exfoliation, a cleansing treatment, a hydrating scalp serum, deep conditioning and hot towel service. The keratin smoothing treatment is formaldehyde-free and aimed at frizz, and the salon says it can last up to five months.

Booking requires a credit card to reserve an appointment. Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice are not charged, while same-day cancellations incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled services. Hours are Monday and Tuesday from 2 PM to 8:30 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 8:30 PM, Friday from 12 PM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM. The suite is closed on Wednesdays.
