The studio's core is brow work. Brow lamination, also called a brow lift, is offered on its own or with shaping, tint or both, and it is recommended every 8 to 12 weeks. Maintenance visits fall between lifts and include a hair inspection and a deep conditioning treatment. Every lamination comes with an aftercare kit containing brow spoolies and castor oil. Brow shaping always starts with a full consultation, and the studio's approach favors fuller brows, so no hair is removed until that conversation has happened. Clients who are sensitive to waxing can ask for tweezing instead, and threading is not offered. Jennifer also shares tips for maintaining and filling in brows at home.

Waxing is offered for the brows, lip, chin, sideburns, cheeks, unibrow, hairline and the area around the nose, as well as full face with or without brows. Because hair typically grows back in about 21 days, the studio suggests waxing every three to four weeks. Clients who are already established can book a brow trim, and the Eye Party package bundles brow shaping, tint and lash tint for one price.

Booking is by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accommodated. Pre-booking is recommended to secure a preferred time, through the Book Now link or the Schedulicity page. Friday and Saturday hours are listed on Schedulicity; Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday hours are listed on the studio's own page. Appointments run 20 minutes and are booked back to back. Clients running more than 5 minutes late should call or text, since the visit may be moved to a later time. Cancellations and reschedules need a phone call at least 2 hours ahead. Clients who are sick are asked to reschedule, and the studio may decline service to clients who are habitually late or who repeatedly miss appointments without calling, with all future bookings cancelled after repeated no-call no-shows.

Keeps brows as natural as possible while shaping them to suit each client's features, with a preference for fuller brows and a consultation before any hair is removed.
