The work is built around each client's natural features. Services span braids and twists, a wide range of loc work from starting locs and interlocking to lock extensions, repair and styling, and natural hair services such as twist outs, rod sets, transition styling and the big chop.

Appointments are booked by phone at (757) 675-3644. Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Gift cards are sold in three tiers: Gold at $60, Platinum at $100 and Diamond at $180. They can be bought through PayPal or by calling the salon, and the emailed receipt serves as the card. A 4 oz natural hair loc butter is also sold through the website.

Hair care is built around each client's natural features, using products the salon describes as premium and techniques it describes as gentle.
