Chantel Granberry owns the salon and is a licensed nail technician. The menu is grouped by what a client needs, from new sets and freestyle designs to fills, backfills and add-ons, and each service lists its price and approximate time.

Corrective work is limited to Da Nail Trap sets. Maintenance and backfill services are for the salon's own work, while Renovation Prep removes another technician's acrylic or enhancement work before a new Da Nail Trap full set, and must be booked alongside that new set. Trap Transition reshapes an existing Da Nail Trap set, but it is not offered over another technician's work, and a full removal may be needed if the existing set is lifting, damaged or structurally compromised.

The Trap Concierge brings the appointment to the client as a private mobile visit. Availability depends on location and travel distance, and extra distance fees may apply outside the standard service area. The $10 travel fee covers the trip only, so the nail service is booked separately.
