New clients usually start with a consultation covering brow goals, treatment options, aftercare and skin sensitivity or patch testing. Brow visits for new clients include before and after photos in the client file so growth can be tracked where needed. Men's brow clean-ups are offered to new and returning clients, and a teen option for ages 9 to 14 is available when a parent or legal guardian comes along. Clients 15 and older are asked to book the adult brow options.

Beyond brows, the menu covers waxing for the face, chest, arms, underarms, stomach, buttocks and bikini area, plus threading for the cheeks, chin, forehead and lip. Lash services include a single lash application for $5, strip lash application, and cluster lash application using customized clusters that the business says wear for five to ten days. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and closed Wednesday and Sunday.

Brow mapping follows each client's natural growth pattern, without arching or thinning, and before and after photos track growth where needed.
