The manicure menu starts with a basic manicure that includes trimming, cuticle grooming and a short hand and arm massage. A collagen gel manicure adds vegan and floral extract collagen glove treatments and gel polish, and a version with French finish is offered as its own service. Pedicures are the most detailed part of the menu. The Coastal Refresh covers nail shaping, cuticle care, a sea salt soak, a sugar scrub, a light heel scrub, a foot and leg massage and polish. Higher tiers add callus treatment, a collagen mask and collagen socks, longer massages with candle or hot stone work, and a warm steam massage.

Artificial nail options include new sets and fills in dipping powder, dipping powder with removal, color powder, pink and white, ombre, gel X or hard gel, tap gel and regular or gel polish. Fills offer several backfill choices, including cover color only or cover color with white. Extra lengths and designs are available for an added cost, and custom nail art is offered. Additional services include chrome, cat eye, a chamois shine buffer, callus treatment, a collagen treatment, gel polish application in color, polish changes on hands or feet, and removal of artificial nails. Children can book kid manicures, kid pedicures, or a combined gel manicure and pedicure.

The salon has comfortable pedicure chairs, and guests can order signature cocktails, wine, Vietnamese coffee, sparkling water, bottled water or soft drinks during a visit. Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early. Appointments are held for 10 minutes, after which a late arrival is treated as a no-show and the time may be given to another client. A late arrival may shorten the service or require a reduced time at the full price. Clients are also asked to keep phone calls to a minimum during services, and the salon is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal items on its premises.

Service sales and gift certificate sales are final. Enhancements with lost pieces, chips or lifting can be reported within 2 days of the original service under the 2-day service warranty. The policy page gives conflicting terms on repair fees, so clients should confirm those when booking. No refund is given once a warranty repair has been performed, and regular polish applications are not covered by the warranty. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or used after their expiration date, and lost, misplaced or stolen certificates are not reimbursed.

According to the salon, it follows strict sanitation protocols and uses products it describes as the highest quality. Its pedicures use sea salt, sugar scrubs, collagen masks and collagen socks, along with organic dried flower and coconut milk soaks.
