Manicures and pedicures are built in tiers. A regular manicure includes shaping and cuticle care, while the Lavish version adds a sugar scrub, a hydrating massage with scented lotion and a hot towel wrap. The D'or Signature Manicure adds a creamy mask and a massage butter with vitamin C and pink grapefruit, and includes collagen gloves. The regular pedicure covers shaping, cuticle care, callus removal, a sugar scrub and lotion massage, and the Lavish pedicure adds a relaxing soak and hot towel. Gel polish can be added to either pedicure tier.

The pedicure menu goes further. The Detoxifying Pedicure uses a fruit and sea salt soak, a detox scrub, a fruit-infused mask and a paraffin dip. The Jelly Pedicure lets clients choose cucumber, lavender, tangerine or green tea, and includes a paraffin dip and a complimentary drink. The milk-based pedicures use a warm milk or coconut milk bath, a masque and hot stone massage, and include a hot candle. The 24K Golden Pedicure is the salon's signature option, with a 24k gold soak, a golden mud masque, a gold and collagen foot mask and a deep tissue hot stone massage.

Nail enhancements include acrylic in regular or gel polish, color powder, ombre color powder, pink and white, marble, Gel X, gel builder and tap gel, with fills and full sets. Dip powder comes in plain, manicure, nail tip, ombre and French versions. Waxing covers the brows, lip, chin, ears, underarms, fingers or toes, full face, full leg and brow tint. Kids under 10 can book manicures, pedicures and polish changes.

Clients can walk in or book, though the salon recommends booking online, especially on weekends and at busy times. Clients can also ask for a particular technician or book a group by phone. The salon says it uses premium products and keeps high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Tools are sterilized after each use, pedicure chairs use disposable liners, and hospital-grade disinfectants are used, according to the salon.

The salon says its technicians are professionally trained and keep up with current nail care trends and techniques. It states it follows Georgia state board regulations and emphasizes sanitation between clients.

The interior is black and gold and is described as clean and relaxing.
