Pedicures range from a quick express option to a collagen pedicure with a 25-minute massage, with spa styles in between that are named Milk and Honey and Volcano Spa and offer massage lengths of 15 to 20 minutes. Spa pedicures include a liner. Collagen manicures and pedicures come with collagen gloves or socks, and paraffin wax can be added to services for a fee.

Appointments are booked online through the salon's booking platform and should be made at least 12 hours ahead. Bookings made closer to the appointment time need a phone call to confirm availability, and online bookings are confirmed by text message. According to the salon, instruments and tools are disinfected right after each use, and all stations are sanitized after each use.

Services are not refundable, and gift certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Nail repairs must be requested by phone within five days of the service, and changing shape or color is not covered by the free fix. Enhancements that lift, chip or crack within 48 hours can qualify for a free fix if the client calls right away. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed, and promotions cannot be combined.

Children must be supervised during and after their service, since the salon does not offer childcare. Clients are asked to keep phones on low volume, and video calls, FaceTime and speakerphone are not permitted inside. The salon may decline service to anyone who is rude, disruptive or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and it is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
