Before any work begins, the stylists spend time learning what each client is hoping to achieve. The salon pairs its techniques with high-quality products.
The menu is built around hair color and highlights. Balayage highlights are hand-painted for a low-maintenance look, and standard highlights and color are also offered. For smoothing, the keratin treatment reduces frizz and curl and adds shine, and the hair glossing treatment is a semi-permanent color that adds shine. Haircuts, deep conditioning treatments, blowdrys and a Botox hair treatment round out the list.
Starting prices run from $25 for a haircut to $300 for balayage highlights. Appointment lengths range from about 30 minutes for a cut to roughly 150 minutes or more for balayage, and the salon lists longer times for keratin and highlights. Booking is available online through its GlossGenius site. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM and closed on Sunday and Monday.
Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice are charged 30% of the scheduled total, and no-shows may be charged the full amount.
Stylists learn each client's goals before starting, and the work combines advanced techniques with high-quality products.
