Pedicures are the most detailed part of the menu. A classic pedicure covers trimming, filing, cuticle care, buffing, a mineral salt soak, sugar scrub, massage and a hot towel. The Super Serum Spa uses a premium skin serum system with a choice of moisture, detox or slim-and-firm options, and includes gel polish along with massage, callus treatment, paraffin and hot stone.
Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments can also be booked. Disposable liners are used for each customer to help prevent cross-contamination. Prices depend on length, nail designs and the time required, so the technician confirms the final price before work begins. Advance notice is requested for cancellations, and arriving ten minutes late for an appointment means the visit is treated as a walk-in. Refunds are not given on services, but the salon will try to resolve any service issue. Ingrown toenail trimming is done only at the client's request. Clients should mention any health issues or diabetes before service, and the salon may decline service to anyone who is disrespectful to staff. Gift certificates are available. Children are the responsibility of the adult who brings them in.
