Extension services cover new sets, fills at one, two and three weeks, and several styles: classic, hybrid, volume, wet sets and a mega volume option. Most extension and lash lift appointments require a $30 deposit, and new clients booking a hybrid set or a lash lift with tint are asked to pay it as well. Clients who want to check how their skin reacts to the adhesive can book a sensitivity test beforehand.
Lash lifts are offered on their own or with a tint. Add-ons include lash removal, a lash bath, and a lash serum. Gift cards can be bought in set amounts or for a custom amount and sent to the buyer or to someone else with a chosen delivery date and an optional message. Gift card sales are final.
Booking policies are stated plainly: a 45% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Each set is fitted to the individual client, and an adhesive sensitivity test can be booked before any extension appointment.
