The studio sits on Veterans Memorial Drive in Houston and groups its lash extension work into five services: classic sets, hybrid sets with a dramatic finish, mink sets, volume sets and X-Extras.

Appointments are booked, moved and canceled through Acuity or the confirmation email. A $21 deposit holds a booking, and $20 of that goes toward the service, with the remaining balance due once the appointment is complete. Cash, cards and Zelle are accepted, and card payments carry a $2 processing fee.

Refills are meant to be scheduled every two to three weeks. A refill requires that at least 30% of the extensions remain, and if the leftover lashes can be counted, a full set is needed instead. Refills booked at four weeks cost an extra $25, and after four weeks a full set is required. Clients are asked to arrive with clean eyes and lashes, since cleaning takes time away from applying extensions. Arriving late can shorten the appointment while the full price still applies, and arriving 10 or more minutes late makes a client ineligible for a correction.

Extensions put in by another technician may need to be removed and reapplied properly, and refills over another technician's work carry an extra $20. After-hours appointments may be arranged case by case for an additional $45, by contacting the studio directly. There is no formal children policy, but younger children are discouraged, since they cannot be watched while a client's eyes are closed during a service.
