Braids are the largest part of the menu, from stitch and knotless braids to Miracle Knots, boho styles, half-and-half designs and cornrows. Twists, crochet, weaves, invisible extensions, buns and ponytails sit alongside them, and natural hair has its own set of braid and twist options. Some prices rise with hair length, fullness or the number of colors chosen, so the starting price is only a baseline.

Hair is included in selected styles, and not in others. Where clients supply their own hair, the studio recommends Outré, Freetress Clean Therapy or Ruwa pre-stretched braiding hair. Clients need at least four inches of hair to book, and services are offered to ages 12 and up.

Several house rules apply. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments, and the hairstyle cannot be changed on the day of the appointment; clients who want a different style should tell the stylist at least a week ahead. On arrival, clients text the number provided for further instructions. Deposits are non-refundable and final payments are non-refundable, accepted by cash and Zelle only. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours. Arriving late has a 15-minute grace period, after which a $20 fee applies; after 30 minutes late the appointment is forfeited and 50% of the selected service is charged. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

For planning ahead, a wedding consultation requires a $250 deposit and can take up to 360 minutes; the studio asks for 48 hours to respond. A traveling consultation requires a $100 deposit and is offered on Mondays at 10 AM and 12 PM, with the stylist confirming within 24 hours. Squeeze Me In appointments are booked once the stylist confirms available times, and the price varies.
