The salon runs an intern program in which interns practice on models under supervision; model clients sign a service release form, and results are not guaranteed.

Booking and payment terms are simple. Please give at least one business day's notice to cancel or change an appointment. Missed appointments are charged the full service price. Arriving 30 minutes or more late may mean the appointment is moved, and the full price still applies. Clients aged 13 and up are welcome. Children who are not booked for a service may not stay in the salon during appointments. Accepted payments are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. Tips can be added to a card payment or given in cash. Services are non-refundable, product sales are final, and gift certificates and gift cards cannot be refunded.

The salon's top priority is a satisfying client experience from booking through the appointment. If a client is not fully satisfied, adjustments are made before the client leaves the salon.
