Every visit begins with a consultation about the client's look, eye shape, lifestyle and goals, and each set is shaped around those answers. The menu covers classic extensions, which place one extension on each natural lash and take roughly 90 to 120 minutes, and several volume styles, including Technology, American, Hybrid, Russian, Handmade and Mega Volume, which can run up to 2.5 hours. The studio describes Wispy Set as its most natural-looking volume option and Mega Volume as its densest, most dramatic set.

Extensions typically last three to four weeks, and fills are recommended every two to three weeks to keep them full. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no mascara. Aftercare advice includes keeping lashes dry and away from steam, oils and rubbing for the first 24 hours, using only oil-free makeup, avoiding waterproof eye makeup, and cleansing with a lash-safe product. Extension removal is offered as a separate 30-minute service, designed to take extensions off without damaging natural lashes.

On the brow side, the studio offers threading, waxing, a design service that includes tinting, and brow lamination paired with shaping and tinting. A lash lift is also available, which the studio says lasts for several weeks. Beyond the eye area, there is a hydrating facial that cleanses, exfoliates and nourishes the skin, a luxury head spa treatment for the scalp and hair, and waxing for the upper lip, underarms and other areas.
