The studio offers lash extensions in several styles: classic, wet, anime, mixed (also called hybrid), wispy mixed, volume, and wispy volume sets. Each style is priced by the type of set, and appointment lengths run from about 2 hours to 2 hours 45 minutes for full sets. Fill-ins are offered for clients who return with enough of their lashes still in place, and a Mini Fill is available for clients who return within a short window after their first set.

Clients can book add-ons to customize a set, including Extendos for XL lengths of 20 to 25mm, bottom lashes, color lashes, glitter lashes, and decals. Extendos are available with the mixed, wispy mixed, volume, and wispy volume sets, and the studio notes that only healthy natural lashes can support XL lengths. Lash removal is also offered for clients who have extensions from another provider.

The studio has two subscription options, Natural Club and Glam Club. Each includes one full set and one fill-in, booked two to three weeks after the full set and within 21 days. Natural Club suits classic, wet, anime, and mixed sets, while Glam Club suits wispy and volume sets.

New clients can book a full set at a reduced first-visit rate on Tuesdays through Thursdays. The studio also lists a Model Set, which carries no service charge but asks clients to arrive with presentable hair and clean eyebrows and includes a required tip.

Booking is done with a $15 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due in cash or on the card on file with a 3.5% card fee. Clients have a 9-minute grace period; arriving 10 minutes or more late incurs a $10 fee, and appointments are cancelled if the client is 15 minutes late. Bookings made less than 24 hours ahead or on a holiday carry a $25 same-day or holiday fee.

The shop also sells lash supplies online, including liquids, lash trays, aftercare products, and disposables. Online orders are processed within one to two business days, and U.S. delivery is estimated at two to seven business days. All product sales are final, with no returns or exchanges. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts of $15, $25, $50, $100, or a custom amount, for one recipient or as a group gift.
