The menu covers body treatments such as a Polynesian Noni body wrap (50 minutes, or 80 minutes with a 40-minute massage added), a Polynesian body wrap, and coconut and brown sugar scrubs. Facials run from a 25-minute express option to longer treatments, and include peels, microdermabrasion and a men's facial. A Micro Peel is customized after a microdermabrasion start, and a Natural Glow Peel is suggested as a series of six for best results. The spa uses only Epicuren skin care products.

Massage options include Swedish, California, deep sea, gemstone and prenatal massage, along with a 20-minute poolside chair massage and reflexology. In-room massage and couples massage are available for guests who prefer treatments in their room. During a visit, the therapist steps out while you undress and get under the sheet, and drapes so only the area being worked on is uncovered. You can keep undergarments or a bathing suit on if you choose, and you can ask for changes to pressure, light and room temperature. You can request a male or female therapist when booking, though requests can be harder to meet at peak hours.

Online booking is open at all hours, and appointments can be made up to a month ahead by phone or online. Cancellations or changes need at least six hours' notice and must be made by phone. A late cancellation or missed appointment is charged the full service fee, and arriving late may shorten the session while the full fee still applies. A gratuity of 15 to 20 percent is suggested and is not included in prices; tips can be left in envelopes at the reception desk, with cash preferred. The spa is open Tuesday through Sunday with varying hours and closed on Mondays. Prices are subject to change and may vary when booking.
