Appointment lengths run from about 1 hour 35 minutes for a wet set to about 2 hours for volume, mega volume and dark brown sets. Refills are offered in hybrid or wet look, volume or mega volume, dark brown (hybrid and volume only), and foreign refills. The studio notes that fullness in a volume set depends on how many healthy natural lashes a client has. For foreign refills, if existing extensions are unhealthy or poorly isolated, a removal and a new full set may be needed instead.
Sunday appointments are available for either a full set or a refill for an extra $15 on top of the base price. Eyelash removal is booked on its own only when a client is not getting a new set; when a set is being done, removal is added as an add-on. A quick touch-up, about 35 minutes for $65, is for small fixes such as adding fullness, evening out a sparse side or filling missing inner corners. It is not a regular fill and can only be booked within days 1 to 7 after a lash appointment.
