The menu covers massage, facials, LED phototherapy facials, Ra Skin Peels, body scrubs and wraps, hand and foot care, couples treatments and spa packages. Massage styles include Swedish-based Back to Nature massage, aromatherapy with a choice of essential oil, deep tissue, hot stone, Himalayan salt stone, warmed bamboo, a bamboo and basalt stone blend, and prenatal massage.

Facial and peel treatments use the Rhonda Allison (Ra) skincare line. Options include a 60-minute Deep Cleansing Facial with steaming and extractions, a Hydrating Facial suggested for dry or dehydrated skin, a 30-minute Rain Forest mini-facial, a men's facial with beard treatment, and a back treatment. LED sessions use red light for anti-aging and blue light for acne, and a depigmenting facial is offered for dark spots, with a series of five recommended.

Spa packages combine several treatments in one visit, often with a jacuzzi soak, a body scrub, a massage, a facial, hand and foot care and a champagne spa lunch. They run from about 90 minutes to six hours, and most can be done for two people together. The solo Me, Myself & I package is for one person and is not offered on weekends. Couples options such as Time For Two and Blissfully Two follow a similar pattern with champagne and jacuzzi choices.

Spa parties for groups of five to seven people can be arranged by phone or in person. Gift certificates can be designed and previewed, then sent or printed right away. Signing up for the mailing list enrolls clients in Rewards with 100 points and a $5 gift certificate toward the next visit.
