The salon is set up with an antique barber shop look and is described as warm, welcoming and suited to families. Parking is available in front of the garage. Clients enter through the back gate and use the back door.

The salon is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Saturday is by appointment only, and later times can be arranged by appointment. House calls for select services are also by appointment, usually late afternoon, evenings or weekends.
