The studio is set up for booked nail appointments. Clients use the call box on arrival to request access to the property, and new clients are met in the lobby, where early arrivals may wait until their appointment time. Clients may bring a small snack or work on a laptop during a visit, provided it does not get in the way of the service.

Each appointment starts with an e-file manicure that includes cuticle care, and guests leave with a complimentary cuticle oil finish. The menu is organized into builder gel, gel polish, Gel X, hard gel, manicures, removals, repairs, add-ons and fees. Gel polish is taken off completely and a fresh coat goes on at every visit. Builder gel is refreshed with an infill each time and may be removed by soaking. Gel X is soaked off and a new set is applied on each visit. Hard gel receives an infill at each appointment and is taken off by filing.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday from noon to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 4:30 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays. Appointments are for clients 18 and older. Appointments outside listed hours can be requested by direct message, squeeze-ins on off days are handled case by case for an extra $50, and after-hours appointments carry an extra $25 and may be limited to lower-tier designs.

Booking requires a 40% retainer based on the estimated service total, which is non-refundable and applied to the final balance. No deposit means no appointment. One reschedule is allowed with the original retainer if requested at least 48 hours ahead. Reschedules or cancellations within 48 hours add a 25% service charge, and day-of cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service amount and may lead to a ban from booking. Arriving 15 to 24 minutes late adds a $15 late fee and may mean simplifying the design, while arriving 25 minutes or more late counts as a no-show. Mid-service breaks are not accommodated.

Nail art pricing is set by tier, based on how many layers are needed, how much product is used, how intricate the design is and how long it takes. Clients receive a price estimate before their appointment. If anything changes during the service, the studio communicates it and the client must approve it before work continues. The portfolio displays builder gel, gel polish, Gel X and hard gel designs, each labeled with a tier from 1 to 4, and a fuller explanation of art pricing is shared on Instagram. The studio reserves the right to decline service when a client shows signs of infection, has unsafe nail conditions or behaves inappropriately.

Pricing is set by service tier and art complexity, with an estimate given before each appointment and any changes agreed during the visit.
